Appointment of a HotelHelp User

In HotelHelp, your hotel will have two types of user accounts:

 

  1. HotelHelp Manager: The manager of the program within your hotel. This is initially you, but you can change this later. This user will have access to all features of HotelHelp as well as providing other hotel team members (HotelHelp Users) with access to the system.
  2. HotelHelp User: Up to 9 hotel staff members to whom you can provide access to the system so they, in addition to the HotelHelp Manager, can manage rooms allocations, accept or decline reservation requests, and update hotel information related to the HotelHelp program.
 
You can appoint your first HotelHelp User now, and others can be added by the HotelHelp Manager later.
