HotelHelp contacts

In HotelHelp, your hotel will have two types of user accounts:

HotelHelp Manager: The manager of the program within your hotel. You will be the default HotelHelp Manager until you change this to another hotel team member within the system. The HotelHelp Manager will have access to all features of HotelHelp as well as providing other hotel team members (HotelHelp Users) with access to the system.
HotelHelp User: Up to 9 hotel team members who can manage rooms allocations, accept or decline reservation requests, and update hotel information related to the HotelHelp program.

You can appoint your first HotelHelp User now, and others can be added by the HotelHelp Manager later.
